Software Maintenance Business Manager
Current•Sell, renegotiate and renew software maintenance agreements. Manage a revenue quota of $10M+ per year and participate in frequent forecast reviews, responsible for achieving specific renewal rates and selling rates and cancellation rates within an assigned territory.•Communicate the maintenance value proposition, negotiations, writing proposals, and closing sales and renewals. •Working with a customer base the includes both private and public sector accounts. Software applications reside both on premise and SAAS.•Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets within an assigned territory as well as help ensure the overall success of the team in achieving company forecasts.•Deliver basic negotiations when confronted with challenges on uplifts and requested discounts; escalate on a timely basis.•Develop effective customer relationships and satisfaction during the maintenance renewal process through resolution of account problems and addressing customer concerns/suggestions. •Work as a team with License sales personnel on maintenance agreement proposals for new customers.
