These include hospitals, physician offices, medical offices, long-term care residences, home health care agencies, etc. Over 23,000 PCs being deployed across 7 regions and 700 sites.The scope and scale of this project include managing multiple region operations for depot, logistics, and deployments (operations in four regions and two production depots simultaneously). This includes the formation of teams, build out of depot sites, analysis and preparation for deployments, and efforts driving application remediation to support deployment schedules.Partnered in the development of critical trend analysis, progress reporting, and other data analysis for client and Pomeroy Leadership which is used to assess project performance and identify areas of focus. Managed infrastructure projects for private, state, and federal government clients for Accenture. Included build-out of environments at primary data center in Sterling Virginia, and backup data center in Cincinnati Ohio.

Senior IT Project Manager for the infrastructure build out and relocation of Gap Brand staff to new location in Lower Manhattan. Responsible for all aspects of IT infrastructure build-out at new location, as well as IT responsibilities for physical relocation of IT equipment and staff. Relocation of ~ 500 staff will take place in three phases over five weeks.

During the job search process I am leveraging my IT experience in volunteering at the Red Cross and the United Way..- At the Red Cross I am assisting in the program to increase their capability to support a greater number of families in the event of a large scale emergency.- At the United Way I am providing project and program structure and direction to their New Business Development Committee.

- Account Management of Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture and Global Sourcing project portfolios- Responsible for project portfolios for three IT organizations (Infrastructure Services - $5.4M, Enterprise Architecture, $4.8M, Global Sourcing - $2.6M). Oversaw portfolio, partnered with leadership to prioritize work, and lead teams through project initiation and start up. Was interface to the Project portfolio, IT Finance, and Architecture teams. - Led $1.4M projects involving move of organizations across country to achieve their strategic growth plan. Orchestrated $760K project that involved teams from multiple locations (UK, Turkey, Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong) to deliver key strategic business tool improvements which enabled brand growth - Led $633K project that implemented new backup technology (Storagetek) into Europe’s IT infrastructure, removing obsolete technology that was at end-of-life.- Delivered critical $3M infrastructure upgrades to our corporate Data Center (cooling tower/generator) supporting ITs strategic plan for increased data center demand. -

- Management of Infrastructure Projects and Project Manager assignments after staff reductions (60%) / reorganization - Partnered with leadership team to develop the prioritize list of projects, and drove the approval and initiation of these projects ($19M) during staff reduction in Infrastructure PM area (reduced from 12PMs to 5PMs- Partnered closely with Business Partners, IT corporate Partners, and IT staff from multiple locations to deliver $1.3M and $440K projects moving business units to new locations, within city and cross country. These moved were part of the Brands strategic plan for reducing cost and facilitating growth

- Initiated and led Gap’s first Sunset Program. Established and drove strategic direction for institutionalization of Sunset methodology. FY2004 savings of $1.6M.- Implemented $1.9M infrastructure upgrades and testing of the data center building automation systems in Rocklin (Gap Inc. strategic data center). This delivered mission critical building system automation to manage power disruptions and system failures. Coordinated and organized the first-ever scheduled outage to the Data Center; involving over 90+ representatives of IT organizations.

Process / Integration Focus:This key role provided the vital link and integration between Corporate IT and the Distribution environment. - Managed resource plan for 90+ person organization and operating budget of over $3M.- Led implementation of a number of key corporate initiatives for Distribution Division deployment. - Led Distribution teams to deliver Change Management, e-mail and calendar replacements, and wireless infrastructure upgrade. - Managed $2.4M project which expanded the Gallatin TN data center, and relocated 136 servers, enterprise backup, and telecom equipment from Erlanger KY to Gallatin TN with zero impact to the business operation. This project delivered the additional Data Center capacity required by Gap Inc. to make this another strategic data center, and to meet IT needs for the coming years. Four-phase move was delivered on time and on budget.

- Lead remote teams at multiple nation-wide DCs to provide technical and business operation support.- Lead IT Distribution Data Center Operations teams in startup of new facilities in California, Tennessee, New York, and Toronto. Included IT staffing and physical IT implementation to support over 12M sq. ft. of Distribution space - Developed first Distribution Center IT Business Continuity Plan. BCP plan was used as blueprint for additional sites. - Managed $3M hardware and software maintenance budget for Distribution Data Centers.

- Leadership: Member of the Senior IT management team, which developed and executed the strategic plan for United Grocers IT. Provided guidance to ELT in regard to IT strategic direction.- Development/Planning: Developed first ever “Support Desk” at United Grocers through the centralization of customer service functions. Implemented service levels and support processes. - Project Management: Successfully implemented: EDI, Order Management, and Call Tracking/Problem Management.
