My passion is to make our clients more productive with their investment to ICT technology. They may have technology already in place, but not fully leveraged. They may be considering new investment on ICT technologies, but are not sure if they can fulfill their business needs and how to move forward. My favorite topic with my clients is to learn their.

Working as a product manager for Information Worker Business Group, I was taking care of SharePoint and Office for the Microsoft ecosystem: partners, sales, products and connections to the headquarters. My favorite was to work “cross-group”, mixing the best of different product groups at Microsoft to create the most suitable offering for Finnish customers..

Leveraging the strong background on both sales and product marketing side, I took a challenge to build a link between marketing and sales at Microsoft Finland. This included building processes for handling marketing generated leads to sales as well as building SLA’s and metrics across the different business units.

My first task was to build a program to move all accounts in Finland from Windows NT 4.0 & Win 95 towards a platform that has ability to support their future infrastructure needs. As the maturity of the lowest level infrastructure was growing, I took challenges evangelizing the importance of systems management, communications and the whole infrastructure.

Technical Advisor for 5-30 biggest Named Accounts in Finland (amount changed during the period). The accounts included the largest financial institutions, retailers and telecom operators and mobile phone manufacturer.

Together with Pekka Peura, we established Microsoft Consulting Services practice in Finland. Among the few outside of core product development group, I had source code access for Windows NT code and did create modifications for example of the Windows logon system for customers.I was working Cross-Nordic.
