I have 20 years of experience and expertise in leadership, culture and talent, both as a consultant and as Chief People Officer. For 17 years I was a consultant at Hay Group and Korn Ferry, working with clients across sectors to assess and develop leaders, identify talent, and measure and improve employee engagement and culture. When I left Korn Ferry I was leading their Culture Transformation practice globally. I then moved to a role as Chief People Officer at Partners Group, a global private markets investment firm, where I led HR for the firm with a focus on increasing employee engagement. I now consult on leadership, culture and talent, with a focus on the investment industry.
