Kirsta Anderson brings 20 years of experience and expertise in leadership, culture and talent, both as a consultant and as Chief People Officer. She spent 17 years as a consultant at Hay Group and Korn Ferry, working with clients across sectors to assess and develop leaders, identify talent, and measure and improve employee engagement and culture. She completed her time at Korn Ferry leading their Culture Transformation practice globally.
She then moved to become Chief People Officer at one of her clients, Partners Group, a global private markets investment firm. She now consults on leadership, culture and talent, with a focus on the investment industry. She works with a select range of partners to complement her skillset and to scale, in service of her clients.
