Key outcomes achieved include:- Develop and implement a complaint management system for the College, including a Policy and Procedure and online training module.- Design and implementation of an on-line community for all members in 2021- Design and implementation of a Business Intelligence Hub to enable the RACP to transition to a data driven organisation 2020- Develop a Member Engagement Plan for 2020-2025 that was endorsed by the RACP Board- Launch of a new payment process for annual member subscription payments via a new member dashboard (MyRACP), continued development and launch of new digital products to improve member experience- Successful execution of new fellow ceremonies in 2016 - 2017- Project managed a Customer Journey mapping project which used qualitative research methods to develop a defined future customer experience and key opportunities for the College to develop products and services, including internal communications plan to optimise staff engagement with the project and its outputs.- Preparation of a customer service charter for the College- Development of a member facing Bullying, Harassment and Victimisation Policy.

Leading the international operations of AWI and The Woolmark Company, including offices in 13 countries and a network of Agents. The international network is responsible for the execution of AWI’s strategic plan across key areas including marketing, key account management, technical transfer, training & education and trade shows. Responsible for the global legal team, ensuring the business operations of AWI and the AWI Group (“AWI”) are conducted within the limits prescribed by law. Including the monitoring and managing of the day to day responsibilities relating to AWI’s international company secretary duties and obligations ensuring AWI meets its regulatory requirements. Leading the global Woolmark licensing business including opportunities for increased revenue.

Responsible for the Woolmark licensing program globally - from an IP perspective and commercially via the licensing arrangements. Brand management for the company in terms of how the Woolmark logo is used in the company's operations, including by third parties.Key Outcomes:Develop and introduce a new contract policy and procedures for the company, including a series of plain english templates that can be used in multiple jurisdictions. Consolidation of AWI's IP portfolio and review during the acquisition of The Woolmark Company Pty Ltd's IP assets in 2007.

Project Managed the Feastibility Study into a Light Rail Extension from Central Station to Circular Quay in the Sydney CBD.

Leading a team who were responsible for delivering the first integrated Call Centre and website for public transport queries in Greater Sydney (131 500), introducing new signage standards across NSW, developing a public transport information strategy for NSW.
