As Customer Marketing Lead, I am responsible for showcasing our Family of Hotels by telling the story of each of our individual hotels and offering opportunities to experience the facilities on offer. I’ve been a key player in enhancing our brand, evolving our product to fit with customer requirements and contributing toward commercial growth. I work with many of the hotel operations team and external suppliers to make these stories come to life.Brand management With 7 hotels brands plus additional brands, brand management is a key aspect of my role across all platforms. Campaign planning and execution Seasonal, direct, multi-hotel and family wide - it's my role to bring it together and meet deadlines. Stakeholder managementLeading a team of 6 as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of work on deadlines. Project management Working across the family of hotels, there's multi-hotel projects as well as individual hotel projects to be managed. Since joining Crieff Hydro in January 2014 as the marketing whizz, my role has grown as the organisation has become Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels. My role involves marketing many of the resort activities here at Crieff Hydro including Action Glen, golf, food and beverage, spa and leisure as well as local marketing to Crieff and the surrounding area. As part of the marketing team, I am also involved in the marketing of Crieff Hydro family of Hotels including Peebles Hydro, Park Hotel in Peebles, Isles of Glencoe, Ballachulish Hotel, Oban Caledonian and the Yorkshire Hotel in Harrogate.
