Performing EDD and AML, Enhanced Due Diligence and compliance audits and reports, across the spectrum for the Bank.

Leading the team for mortgages business of 9 prime branches across the National Capital and generation of credit flows, based at the Zonal Hub.

Currently managing a team of 25 members, responsible for;• Proactively manage relationships within product teams & retail customers to facilitate and improve their access support, being the relationship manager for new business initiatives• Develop close partnerships with multiple groups within the bank to assist acquiring new or expand existing relationships• Structure credit facilities for retail clients with respect to pricing, security package negotiations, factoring credit risk mitigates and ensuring utmost adherence to Bank’s credit policy• Perform timely, complete and in-depth evaluation of business, industry, financial and structure risk analysis for new and existing credits• Ensure compliance of all legal documentation and monitor activities on facilities to ensure usage is in accordance with approved credit terms and conditions.- Branch Revenue growth for Mortgages and Loans- 2X Growth across the last FY- Top 5 BSM's in the Mumbai region
