Screening & Shortlisting: • Review resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Shortlist candidates for further rounds of interviews with technical or managerial teams. 4. Interview Coordination: • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Prepare and guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring smooth communication throughout. 5.
