- Managed 2 teams of 7 people - Marketo Mobile Engagement(MME), Marketo Sales Insights(MSI). - MME enables marketers to target leads through mobile campaigns, which can be push notifications campaigns, inApp or sms campaigns.- MSI is a managed package built on Salesforce. It shows useful insights to Sales representatives based on which they can engage with their most promising leads appropriately at the right time.- Some critical projects delivered while managing the MME & MSI teams - Google FCM XMPP to HTTPv1 upgrade for push notifications, iOS minimum support version upgrade(iOS 8 to 12), privacy manifest update for iOS SDK, Omega analytics integration(to track users activities and to bring customers into compliance), Dynamic Chat integration(to add members to Marketo programs and trigger cross-channel activities based on chat activities of the end users, to book meetings with Sales teams, etc.), Salesforce security review, library upgrades, customer escalations resolution, increasing unit test coverage for MSI by 10%, making unit tests functional in MME with 65% coverage, migrating MME code base from legacy Assembla to Git, pager duty alerts setup, etc.- MSI has ~ 3200 customers, 0.2M unique sales users, generating ~37M ARR. - MME has ~30 customers, generating ~5M ARR.- Responsibilities included running daily scrums, sprint planning, mentoring the team, guiding them for skill sets diversification, stakeholder management, driving the product and technology roadmap, ensuring end to end delivery of features, annual appraisals, giving timely and constructive feedback, etc.

- Reviewed Sharechat Jeet11 architecture.- Provided suggestions to improve system resiliency, enhancing observability, fault tolerance, rate limiting, breaking up big services into microservices, using Memcache instead of Redis to save cost, etc.

- Built and enhanced frameworks for paperless banking experience.- Migrated millions of existing customers, who used to pull their credit reports manually to a subscription model, where their credit report gets auto refreshed every 30 days, thereby increasing customer engagement and enabling further opportunities to cross sell other products like credit card, personal loan, etc.- Integrated multiple critical features to Bankbazaar’s website like capability to eSign documents, pulling customer’s data/documents through eKYC, cKYC, Digilocker, validating customer emailIDs through third party integration, masking account numbers for PCI-DSS(Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance, prefilling credit cards application page from existing data - directly increasing customer support team’s productivity by around 40%, conversion and revenue.- Being the lead developer for launching BankBazaar’s Malaysia website and stabilizing Singapore website, played a crucial role in establishing BankBazaar as a financial marketplace in other countries.

Integrated various critical features to the Bankbazaar’s website like capability to eSign documents, pulling customer’s data through eKYC, cKYC, pulling documents from customer’s Digilocker account, auto approval of customers’ documents, pulling salary and other relevant data from credit report to do away with the need to get multiple documents from the customer, validating customer emailIDs through third party integration etc. These features were directly aligned to the primary goal of the company to deliver paperless transactions and instant disbursal for financial products.Enhanced various frameworks for collecting customers’ data, documents, etc. to make customer’s journey smooth on Bankbazaar’s website and to enhance the chances of applications getting approved with valid documents.Worked on a feature to mask new and existing customer’s data like credit card account numbers which played a crucial role in making Bankbazaar PCI-DSS(Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.
