Kisha Parker Croom currently serves as the Managing Director of Corporate Sustainability at Pennymac. As the leader of Pennymac's Corporate Sustainability Program, she is responsible for driving enterprise focus on identifying, measuring, and managing the environmental, social, and governance impacts of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFSI), a leading mortgage lender and servicer, and PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust (NYSE: PMT), a prominent residential mortgage real estate investment trust (REIT).In this role, she oversees Pennymac's sustainability reporting, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, corporate philanthropy, and culture and engagement efforts.
