Completely responsible for all ETP operations (Primary treatment, Anaerobic digester, aeration treatment including MBR, MEE, Stripper, RO plants, Incinerators) in an completely Zero Liquid Discharge Pharmaceutical unit.Participated in Erection activities of all Effluent treatment plants in a green field project for a large API/Fermentation production plant.Environmental Legal compliance in an integrated chemical manufacturing unit comprising Distillery, Basic Chemicals, Fine Chemicals, Fertilizers, Coal based power plants.Certified Internal auditor for ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.Very good understanding of the regulatory and statutory requirements governing the Environmental aspects of Industries / Facilities in India.Sustainability reporting according to G3 guidelines of Global reporting initiative.

Completely responsible for the operation of Effluent treatment Plant including Physico Chemical Treatment Plant (100 KLD) , Stripper & Multi Effect evaporator (123 KLD), Agitated Thin Film Driers (17 KLD & 11 KLD)Operation of Biological Treatment plant (240 KLD) and Reverse Osmosis Plants (240 KLD).Completely responsible for MIS of ETP, participating in HAZOPs with safety department, preparing Failure Modes & Effects Analysis for all operations of ETP.Completely responsible for all Management systems related activities for the department including preparation of Aspect-Impact analysis, Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis (HIRA) document. Also responsible for implementation of TPM stages at department level.

Responsible for commissioning and operation of 5.5 TPD Rotary Kiln based incinerator including feed preparation and ash & solids disposal into Secured Landfill at Nanjangud facility.Performance evaluation of all environmental control facilities like Chemical Effluent Treatment Plant, Reverse Osmosis plants of capacity 180 KLD alc equivalent, Incinerators – 3 nos both solid and liquid waste with WHRB and Spray drier facilities for inorganic aqueous streams etc.Compile all monthly flue gas analysis reports, interpretation of report data and calculation of pollution load and develop trends to analyse corrective and preventive actions.Completely responsible for all data compilation and audit co-ordination from environmental front during internal and external audits for Gajraula works for Sustainability Reporting according to GRI guidelines.according to ISO 14000 standards.Draft replies, compile & generate data for various queries and letters from state and central pollution control boards. Prepare “Consent to operate” application for the entire plant (5 units) and “compliance reports” to various consent conditions for the entire plant to be sent to state Pollution Control Board. Prepare “No objection certificate” application for the upcoming projects.File monthly Water Cess returns and prepare Water Cess calculation for the entire plant (Distillery, chemical units including power plants and fertilizer units).
