Responsible for complete End to End Recruitment activity for both technical and non-technical requirements, from junior to middle level opening. Getting the requirements from the client, identifying the suitable profile against the given requirement using various sources like internal database / job portal / references / headhunting etc.Formatting the resumes and sending it to the client or through the reporting manager. After getting the shortlisting from the client, lining them up for an interview, taking feedback after the interview, if selected, negotiating the salary and notice period, discussing the joining with the candidate till he joins the organization.Maintaining the Database, MIS of the candidates and periodic updation and rotation as per the organization need.Very comfortable to work on Monster, Career Builder, Dice, Smart Recruiter, Linkedin etc.
