Extensive knowledge working on US Tax terms andVisa,• Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills.• Explaining Negotiation compensation packages, assessing relevant experience, education,skills, qualification to determine to pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants.• Preparing candidate for Interview process.• Posting the ads for OPT, CPT, H1, L2, E3, TN, EAD, H4EAD, and Green Card candidates forIT Training and W-2 Hiring.• H1 transfers on employer payroll GC Processing covered (if required).• Experience in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums,networking, headhunting with minimum Turn-around-Time.• Fetching resumes of consultants who are looking for an H1 transfer from online job boardsand discussing and inconveniencing them and explaining about employment benefits.• Approaching Consultants through various channels, Implement staffing strategies to providea qualified and diverse candidate pool.• Coordinating with Accounts team and Consultant to get them on board without failure.
