CurrentWorking closely with production to initiate much-needed automation of manual tasks and conversion from paper based archaic processes to web based applications.• Computerised Maintenance Management System. A system that helps maintenance teams keep a record of all assets they are responsible for, schedule and track maintenance tasks, and keep a historical record of work they perform. The system is capable of probing machine production data to intelligently self schedule workorders as well as the traditional calendar based schedules.• Statistical Process Control System for capturing production data and simulating sample tacking, displaying CPL and X Bar and R charts.• Quality Control System to record data and produce CPK’s and Histograms for performance analysis.• Schedule planning tool providing production with a rolling view of current orders with real time production progress and self planning logic based on shift and maintenance data. • OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) system that interacts with other systems in the Plant to monitor the efficiency of the manufacturing process• Downtime system enabling Production and Maintenance to track machine and supply downtime.• System to track actual production time and throughput and display actual cycle times and statistics.• Glass Cullet\Waste tracking system to monitor the weight of waste glass and notify supervisors of the required trailer changes to avoid overweight.Responsible for upgrading and maintaining each IIS server at other Plants and making my applications available corporate wide.
