My work with the State of Minnesota at the Department of Human Services is in service of modernizing our state's human services system and shifting from a siloed, policy-centric administrative approach to an integrated, person-centered service model. We imagine a world in which the human service system helps people, in their own language and on their own terms, understand what support and services are available and how to attain them. We imagine a world in which outcomes are equitable across our state however we disaggregate population data. We imagine a world in which culturally appropriate services are available to members of non-dominant cultures. We imagine a world in which it's easy for people to understand how their government works.

I use the principles of non-violent communication, compassionate inquiry, and conscious leadership to provide relational or personal training and support for individuals, pairs, and groups. I've mediated challenging conversations, facilitated workshops, and coached people in conscious leadership and personal development professionally since 2011 and independently since 2019.

As a Senior Business Analyst, I worked on the internal consulting arm of the Global Operational Finance team as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leaders and coordinators. I consulted with executives, product line coordinators, planning teams, analysts, data scientists, operators, and other stakeholders to establish a common vocabulary, integrate business and operating models, scale innovation and best practices, develop and standardize frameworks, share knowledge, prioritize initiatives, and align strategies. I worked to identify how effective the organization was in building and using financial analytics and how we could improve capability from a holistic perspective.
