Teacher Trainer & Project Lead
Current- Implementation, instruction and practical elaboration on LMS training material for both Full-time and Freelance teachers- Onboarding trainees in the training process and hosting training and support sessions for new and experienced teachers- Update training materials and training flows as per business needs- Liaise with local and global teams to tailor training in line with international standards- Equipping teachers with practical tools for teaching various elements of the English language & Completing training as required- Assessing whether full-time and freelance teachers grasp various concepts covered in training- Provide constructive feedback to teachers on their training progress as well as conducting remedial support sessions to assist in preparing teachers for delivering teaching services.- Create and update teaching resources i.e. infographics, videos, handbooks etc.- Provide online support to teachers facing various technical challenges- Conduct mentorship sessions to support the progress of new teachers- Liaise with teachers & staff on matters relating to training- Track and record teacher progress on Talent LMS as well as internal records- Hyper Class training for both in-centre and freelance teachers, including Hyper Class Simulations- Liaise with all stakeholders regarding Hyper Class Simulations.
