Responsibilities:I was responsible for the initial project set up of the department. Responsibilities:I enjoyed various roles while at EQL quickly progressing my career. Most notably my role as Programme Manager saw me responsible for the leadership of up to 10 Trainers and Assessors on the largest employer led Apprenticeship programme of its time. I oversaw recruitment of learners to meet high targets. Carried out Ofsted graded observations of Trainers and Assessors and delivered learning and development to them when required. Promoted high standards from my team and carried out regular quality and compliance checks.
