- Lead the provision of professional frontline services to supporters and customers to meet the agreed KPIS and service targets.- Oversee the management of an accurate and up-to-date supporter management system ( The Raiser’s Edge)- Data analysis services based on appeals performance data, supporter feedback, forecast the trends and create the report for senior management- Work with out-sourced fund raising team (the sales team) as a sales supporting role - Evaluate the operational efficiency of the team- Formulate written policy and procedures as appropriate and communication to the staff- Develop and implement Volunteer and Intern strategies- Develop and gain acceptance of annual budgets project plans- Supervise a team of service and target oriented staff giving direction to their work plans, evaluating performance.- Perform User Acceptance Test for the websites, applications etc.- Act as WWF’s Data Privacy Officer

- Assist in the management of the Donor relationship activities to improve donor service and assist in implementation of departmental KPIs.- Provide professional frontline services to donors and supporters, handle complicated cases and complaints- Keep the IVRS system recordings and documents up-to-date, and ensure the organization’s reputation is always maintained throughout the whole communication process.- Monitor and where necessary train team members and the assigned staff in the operational procedures to ensure the high service quality of the team. - Assist the day-to-day management of the team, ensure the team morale and the team spirit is enhanced and skills are developed through on-job-experience and training.- Interrogate independently on the database to provide answers to questions raised by staff about data within the database, including creating and maintaining reports to successfully the information needs to achieve our goals.- Monitor the quality of data entry and maintenance of all data and payment processing done by the donor services team.- Assist in coordinating of the marketing appeals.- Assist in operational planning of the annual charity walk.- Provide advices on Data Protection issues.

- Promote Low Carbon Manufacturing Program (LCMP) and recruit participants for the HKSAR Sustainable Development Fund’s(SDF) LCMP Workshops through working with stakeholders such as trade and industry associations or companies along the electronics and electrical supply chain.- Plan and organize (manage all logistics) a series of SDF LCMP Workshops.- Control expense budget and prepare expenditure report relating to SDFLCMP Workshop logistics and marketing communication.- Monitor the progress of implementation of the ‘Combat Climate Change Business Action Plan’ developed in the workshop by the participants. Assist the participants in Working and driving the Action Plan on regular basis.

- Work closely with UNHCR and supports the implementation of the Donor Care Programme of UNHCR’s Private Sector Fund Raising Unit- Supervise the Donor Care Assistants to maintain high quality of donor care programme- Maintain the donor database consistency by performaing quality control and involved in new database migration project setup- Drafting the fundraising appeals to solicit donation and work closely with designer from sketching- Translate news release from UNHCR headquater and publish on the local UNCHR website- Draft and design the e-news content and responbile for the email broadcasting- Handle VIP invitation and RSVP of the World Refugee Day Film Festival

- Perform supervisor role in the Internship program and part-time helpers.- Provide professional frontline services to donors and supporters, handle complicated cases and complaints.- Enter donation, payments, membership and contact data into the relevant databasesMaintain accurate database of the corporate membership.- Perform recurring donation or database activities, such as updating donation records, data cleansing and de-duplication.- Assist Trade and Product Development Manager in sourcing, pricing and product design- Produce monthly reports for internal circulation.- Coordinate donation box logistic arrangement.

- Provide counter services to the customer- Handle fixed deposit renewals - Promote bank products by cross-selling
