Hi! Having worked in hospitality (Food and Beverage) for around 10 years, I have decided to change my career and merge learned skills with a new challenge! I have worked in high end restaurants to small town pubs, and in all these roles I have picked up some fantastic customer service and communication skillsI am a creative and driven mind, I love to use creative skills to problem solve, and love being able to communicate with others. I also didn't realise that my planning holiday skills for friends is a skill that is in demand. I truly love planning travel, and I often do it for others. One, somewhat strange, skill I possess is my love for deep diving a subject, or a place Finding the pros and cons, the roads less travelled, reading into both sides of the discussions, and researching what this subject or place relates too. I have the ability to empathise and using that to talk to customers and create unforgettable experiences that feel tailor made. Based in the Channel Islands, with working from home experience.Recent work for an airline has enabled me to learn more logistic skills and got me fully engaged in the travel industry. Knowing how a booking interacts within all the departments has opened my eyes to the complications of getting a person from A to B. Thinking quickly to react to disruptions, to inform the customer as best as possible, and coming up with solutions for that individual.
