I specialize in FHA, VA, USDA and down payment assistance mortgage financing. During the past 5 years of my lending career, I have been tasked with greater responsibility above and beyond a staff underwriter. While primarily a senior staff underwriter, during times where the underwriting manager was unreachable, I was given the temporary underwriting manager role. I have provided both one to one training to underwriters wishing to pursue their FHA and/or VA certifications as well as created and hosted webinar trainings on updates to the agency guidelines. I have completed spot audits and second signings for fellow staff underwriters and have been guideline help for sales and operations staff.
