Queenscliffe Climate Action Now is now working in partnership with the Borough of Queenscliffe Council to implement an ambitious community-led Climate Emergency Response Plan (CERP) following Council’s declaration of a climate emergency in December 2019 and endorsement of the CERP in May 2021.

As a Senior Strategist with Tony Grybowski & Associates, I provided consulting and other services to support the arts, cultural and not for profit sectors. Together we created the first Creative Industries Strategy for the G21 Region.

The company is widely acclaimed nationally and around the world for its powerful dancing, distinctive theatrical voice and utterly unique soundscapes, music and design.Bangarra’s annual program includes a national tour to Australia’s most iconic venues; a regional and remote tour; and an international tour to maintain the company's global reputation for excellence. Complementing this are education programs and youth outreach workshops that are delivered across the country.As Director, Development I was responsible for diversifying Bangarra's revenue streams to ensure financial sustainability. I reported to the Executive Director, sat on the company's Executive team, and lead strategy across the organisation.

The Australian Ballet is one of the world's premier ballet companies and presents upwards of 250 shows and 1,700 education and audience engagement events each year. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, I was promoted to the role of Government Relations and Strategic Communications Manager, overseeing government relations, coordination of the company's strategic planning and annual reporting requirements, and top level external communications.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, I was promoted to the role of Strategic Communications Manager where I coordinated the company's strategic planning and annual reporting requirements. I also oversaw the Media Relations team and drove top level external communication strategy.

The Australian Ballet is one of the world's premier ballet companies and presents upwards of 250 shows and 1,700 education and audience engagement events each year. As Media Relations Manager I managed a team of three Publicists and was responsible for generating all external media coverage for The Australian Ballet's national, regional and international seasons. This involved touring with the company to launch each season. I also worked on establishing and implementing the company's social media strategy and worked closely on producing (acclaimed) online video content. The Media Relations Manager was also responsible for handling all reactive media enquiries.

The National Gallery of Victoria is Australia's most visited public gallery. Reporting to the Head of Media and Public Affairs, I was responsible for creating and implementing the media and communications strategies for all paid exhibitions - including the Melbourne Winter Masterpieces series of Picasso, Guggenheim and Art Deco.

During my time with the Media Department of Victoria Police, the organisation led the security for the 2006 Commonwealth Games. In my role, I created and implemented the proactive media strategy around all security issues in the lead up to the Commonwealth Games and was the key point of contact for all media enquiries relating to security during the Games.
