Analysing business data, including financial reporting, to diagnose and predict operational impacts relating to overall business goals. Providing insights to the internal systems team to assist with solution creation and workflow design, as well as providing valuable commercial insights to the product team to reflect trends occurring within the Australian market.

In 2011, 3P Learning began distributing Reading Eggs to primary schools in Australia and internationally and has recently launched a revolutionary secondary school program to the Australian market - IntoScience.

As Marketing Manager for Reading Eggs and IntoScience, my role is to product manage the distribution and marketing strategy of both products to schools and consumers internationally, building brand recognition and maximizing sales growth potential and ensuring our global marketing strategy is aligned across all sales territories. We have international offices established in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, UK, Europe, Middle East, USA, Canada and South Africa.

As Marketing Executive for Australia, my role is to product manage the distribution and marketing strategy of ABC Reading Eggs to schools, building brand recognition and maximizing sales growth potential. My role also include cross-functional activities, supporting the sales and marketing operations behind the company's other products and online events.

Providing sales, training and support to a large portfolio of schools in Victoria. Assisting schools with the effective implementation of the product in the classroom. Portfolio retention of 96% throughout FY 2010/2011.
