Responsible for supporting the Oil and Gas vertical within the strategic verticals team within Prisma Cloud. I contributed to helping build a seven million dollar pipeline within a few months of taking over this role. I became the SME for the east region for the new IAC scanning solution of the platform, and ended up supporting multiple POVs across multiple territories and oversaw approving multiple other peers on the solution's training.

North America

First Field SE hired to support the NA sales team, help with GTM strategy for NA accounts. I led efforts to help create content in line with the GTM strategy, SE enablement, best practice documentation and POC assets to be used to help streamline the sales cycle. I was involved in both pre-sales and post sales activities, including the successful sale and onboarding of the biggest account of the company at the time.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Responsible for supporting all technical and strategic aspects of one of the largest accounts in territory, with a focus on building relationships and highlighting business outcomes to help customers achieve success in their cloud native journey. This included everything from leading hands on workshops, conducting POCs, architecture discussions for new app teams looking to onboard to the platform, and liaising between the customer and support as needed.

**Acquired by Ericsson in Oct 2017**Responsible for contributions to the team's overall go-to-market strategy around how best to engage with customers looking to run their applications on a PaaS. Significant contributions around building out demo environments and flows, and engaging with customers across North America through various stages of the sales cycle. Contributed to the education and transformation of multiple accounts about containers and architecture discussions on how best to move applications to a container platform in the cloud.

Sr. sales engineer that supports the application and network performance products within the TOLA region.

**Acquired by Riverbed Technology in October 2012**I worked as a senior pre-sales engineer on the South Central team, supporting both their Application's Performance Management suite of products. I was considered one of a few experts on OPNET's Panorama product (now called AppInternals Xper). I helped to provide technical expertise and business justification for their suite of products. I was involved in all aspects of the sales cycle. This included everything from discovery calls, product demos to various audiences (technical and executive level), conducting product proof of concepts and even training customers post sale. I also was responsible for being the SME for OPNET's newest DB monitoring solution, AppSQL Xpert, which also included maintaining the internal demo environment for this product. I worked closely with marketing and engineering to provide feedback on upcoming feature enhancements, based on feedback received in the field.

At Mercury/HP, I was part of a national pre-sales team that specialized in their application performance monitoring solutions. We were called in for POCs of larger deals that needed a more technical approach to help ensure success. I learned the products quickly and within a short period of time, I was considered an expert in their Diagnostics product. I supported a handful of other products as well in the application management space (i.e. LoadRunner, Quality Center, QTP). I also spent some time supporting HP's large group of inside sales reps.

Apart of the web services (later changed to SOA) team that was responsible for all things middleware within a project. I contributed to projects with everything from hands on ETL development and PLSQL scripting to architecture roles responsible for bridging technologies across multiple teams.
