Conduct group orientations for new hires that would include company policies and procedures, expectations on job sites, and some basic food training if needed. All Jobsites with 10 or more temps would require either my presence or a delegated official. Payroll Hours at the end of the week were submitted as well as data entry for all new hires and client information. Making contact with Food and Beverage Managers to potentially provide temp to hire workers when in need.
