I love learning. And I love technology. So it’s no surprise that I have been providing technical writing and marketing communications support to industry for 25 years. My strength is to dig into that technical project, service or product, find out what it’s really all about, what problem it’s solving, what change it’s inaugurating, how cool it is, and then develop a multi-faceted campaign to promote it to its intended audiences. Likewise, I have been supporting industry organizations and corporations in developing their branding and communications strategies. In a similar manner, I find out what they have to offer, whether product or service, and then build a messaging and tactical strategy to communicate it. My strategies are practical, affordable within the company’s budgets, and they fit the skills and abilities of those who must carry them out. I also provide contracted implementation services. I invest myself in your success, because success requires more than tossing a plan over the fence at a client. It requires working hand in hand with my clients to ensure the plan is carried out as effectively and efficiently as possible.
