- Implement NFL, state, and local COVID-19 safety protocols and procedures into logistics and execution of the Fan Entertainment Zone Presented by PRI Productions on game days and all Jaguars/stadium events. - Plan and coordinate logistics and details for a scaled back, physically distanced Fan Entertainment Zone. - Coordinate logistics and communication for 30+ vendors on game days including sponsors and entertainment talent activating in the Fan Entertainment Zone Presented.- Plan and incorporate entertainment in the Fan Entertainment Zone including, but not limited to, inflatables, youth football drills, live bands/DJs, face painters, photo ops, etc.- Arrange logistics and details for all private events on game days including private tailgates, sponsor pregame parties, and group sales initiatives.- Plan, coordinate, and execute 50+ Jaguars internal events throughout the year from private sponsor asset events, ticketing revenue events, foundation events, to large public events such as Training Camp and Fan Fests.

- Assisted with the set-up, execution, and breakdown of various events hosted by the Houston Texans including marketing, marketing and promotions, suites and premium seating, community development, and corporate development events. - Helped with game day preparations and operations.- Point of contact for Bud Light Plaza on game days for all fan interactive activation.

- Assisted with the coordinating and set-up of all events in Kyle Field and other athletic facilities such as receptions, conventions, and football games that ranged from bringing in 20 to over 102,000 people into the stadium.- Maintained and managed comprehensive event equipment inventory including over 1,000 linen pieces, 2,500 chairs, 500 tables etc.- Oversaw event vendors who performed services for our venues.
