Over ten years working experience in organizational change management (OCM), business process improvement (BPI), and customer services management (CSM). My professional career started in IT, moving successfully from programmer analyst to leader of change management team in the financial and banking industry. I am currently looking for a contract or permanent position with a dynamic corporation.In the last twelve years I have been involved in OCM during the implementation of SAP and corporate re-organization and restructuring, BPI, and Customer Service Excellence Initiative. SAP/ERP IMPLEMENTATION – Responsibilities include Training and Events Management and Travel Planning.
