- Professionally communicate, verbally and electronically, with management, co-workers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors- Administer and maintain highly confidential information- Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to: phone coverage, maintaining the team’s birthday log, updating team contact list, distributing team memos, organizing luncheons, report/documentation preparation, collecting mail, etc.- Coordinating meetings between team members, clients, and subcontractors, including: scheduling, electronically inviting attendees, creating agendas and other necessary documents, and taking and distributing meeting minutes- Responsible for a corporate purchasing card- Assist new hires in completing their hiring documents and review training documents with them - Provide and explain to new hires forms needed, such as expense reports, check requests, cell phone usage, driver’s license registration, camera passes, etc. and send to the appropriate parties- Responsible for visitor and permanent badging of all employees and subcontractors’ employees for four projects on a government base
