In 1995, with a BS in Petroleum Engineering from LSU, Mr. Kelley Joined Texaco where he handled reserve estimates and audits, business plans and budgets, production forecasts and risk analysis. Among other things, he also developed an engineering data acquisition reservoir model. In 2001 he moved to Patriot Chemical Inc, where as president, he developed operation budgets and revenue strategy plans, negotiated with suppliers and customers and provided engineering support to customers. Additionally, Kevin was charged with supply chain and sales management responsibilities. In 2005, he transferred his expertise to a much larger scale operation with Nippon Oil as Senior Reservoir Engineer. There he performed all production and reservoir engineering functions for Nippon’s shelf and deep water projects in the Gulf of Mexico. He also developed and implemented field exploitation plans that increased production. He was put in charge of annual budget preparation and presentation and he managed the annual reserve reporting process. He developed economics for drilling and workover activities and led a talented asset acquisition team whose members came from diverse petroleum specific disciplines. In 2006 Kevin began offering consulting services. He provided his expertise to Goldking Operating Company, Nippon Oil, Century Exploration and Swift Energy Corporation to mention a few.
