ESL teacher, part of the Helen Doron Borovo team, based in Sofia. Following the highly effective Helen Doron methodology, I teach English in an immersive and engaging atmosphere which aims to nurture language development and confidence through positive reinforcement and fun, dynamic lessons.

Working as a primary school English teacher, I prepare preschoolers for first grade by teaching through cross-curricular links.

In my role as Communication and Production Assistant for the “Father and Son” project, I have been responsible for facilitating communication between the project team and local communities. This involves language translation, cultural mediation, and sharing the project’s goals and importance to foster engagement and inclusivity. I also assist with the logistical aspects, such as planning photo shoots, scouting locations, setting up equipment, and coordinating schedules. Additionally, I conduct research on the project's themes across interdisciplinary academic studies to explore dialogue opportunities aimed at wider social impact.

Leading my own groups in this highly interactive teaching methodology allowed me to gain confidence in lively presentations by turning my lessons into adventures. I was dedicated to nurturing children's self-esteem by encouraging faith in their own imaginative associative thinking.

As part of the team behind the industry-focused segment, Sofia Meetings, I gained valuable insights into the challenges of festival event coordination and the processes of film distribution and exhibition. I was responsible for organising projects and works-in-progress applications which allowed me to explore the intricacies of these documents, a wide range of themes and how they are addressed in film. I handled guest communication by managing transportation arrangements and their respective financial logistics. Additionally, engaging in film discussions and adding energy to social events was a way to enhancethe overall experience for the attendees.

Gained valuable insights in child psychology as I actively engaged with children across various age groups. Nurtured children's creative thinking through expressive storytelling.

Assisted the headteachers in planning and executing a wide range of educational, craft, sport and dance activities. Provided on-the-spot ideas for visual aids, such as a variety of paper models and games, which enhanced the efficacy of the learning process.
