Core responsibilities: managing the information security field in Ministry of Finance government area, I was responsible for Estonian Tax and Custom Board, Statistics Estonia, Ministry of Finance, Estonian Support Centre and IT center of the Ministry of Finance. Main tasks: identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining security-related processes to reduce the organizations' operational risks. In particular, the tasks involved: • establishing and implementing security-related policies, • overseeing organizations' security architecture and regulatory compliance, • ensuring data privacy.• managing the Computer Security Incident Response Team• supervising identity and access management• conducting electronic discovery and digital forensic investigations.• establishing the disaster recovery and business continuity plans in cooperation with the executives.
