Oriflame is an international cosmetic company with its headquarter in Stockholm Sweden and is one of the leading cosmetic companies in eastern Europe.I worked here as a Global Junior Brand Manager as well as part project manager for the new product development for the Wellness concept. As Global Junior Brand Manager I was in charge of the marketing part of the new product development and the implementation of existing products to new markets. This mainly includes putting together briefs for the new products and supervises the product development so that the product stays in line with the original idea. As Brand Manager I was also keeping close track and handling changes that arise for existing product such as new designs, copy or legal regulations for the different markets.After a few weeks I also earned the trust to be managing the new product development processes by being in charge of the meeting, keeping track of all the functions and their steps in the process as well as making sure that the process in on time.
