During my time at this Swiss-based start-up, I contacted potential customers and engaged with the existing ones via a variety of outlets, including chat rooms and in-person groups; drafted newsletters and promotional email campaigns; monitored, tracked, and managed customer feedback and reviews; and served as a liaison between the community members and IT developers to enhance the platform’s performance and user-friendliness.
