• conducting intake meetings with globally based Hiring Leaders for a given vacancy in their team
• uploading job adverts onto internal portals and external job boards as required
• internal recruitment of more junior roles for client across the UK and France
• providing Hiring Leaders with end-to-end guidance for the internal recruitment process
• liaising with Hiring Leaders and managing candidates through the process
• delivering regular updates on the applications as well as further details for candidates shortlisted;
