Responsible for project management within Business Unit 1: Engine Components (piston rings, bushings, bearings and thrust washers)-Planning and managing strategic product development projects with a high complexity in an international environment-Overall responsibility for the successful execution of projects in order to achieve the project objectives concerning profitability, costs, quality and timing-Coordination of project team members, customers, internal and external development partners and suppliers-Planning and assigning work packages to the team while monitoring and controlling the progress-Coordination and management of project changes considering the effects on the project objectives-Plan, create and manage APQP (advanced product quality planning) deliverables-Managing potential conflicts situations and assure the complete integration between the interfaces and all their levels (Production, Quality, Engineering and Logistics)-Use of SAP R/3 ERP system-Facilitate product development from concept to series in a role of a project manager (plant coordinator)-Work together with Process Planning Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Production, Tax and plant Engineering to achieve project milestones and Quality gates-Responsible for production scheduling and prototype deliveries-Responsible for Feasibility and Product Maturity Analysis-Coordination of VA/VE initiatives-Managing potential conflicts situations and assure the complete integration between the interfaces and all their levels(Production,Quality,Engineering and Logistics)-Use of SAP R/3 ERP system; -Facilitate product development from concept to series in a role of a project manager (plant coordinator); -Work together with Process Planning Engineering, Quality,Logistics, Production, Tax and plant Engineering to achieve project milestones and Quality gates-Responsible for Feasibility and Product Maturity Analysis-Coordination of VA/VE initiatives-Opportunities and risks management;
