My role is to support companies, governments and NGOs to assess climate risks and adapt to them

I supported clients to assess physical climate risks and to adapt to them, within the "Sustainability Insights: Climate Analytics" Department.

I provided technical support to researchers in the field of geography, climatology and environmental science to help them analyze data, develop models, debug their codes or use high performance computing facilities

I supervised the technical developments of a fully coupled Earth system model covering Antarctic and the Southern Ocean and providing technical support to colleagues, within the Earth and Climate pole of UCLouvain

I reconstructed the Antarctic temperature over the last millennia using a data assimilation technique to combine model results and ice core records

I characterized and identified the causes of the variability of the East African rainfall over the last millennium using numerical climate models

I investigated the effect of data assimilation on the mid-Holocene modelled sea-ice cover
