I am a skilled lawyer specialised within the field of intellectual property law and related areas such as competition law, marketing law and data protection. I provide advice with regard to establishing, handling and exploiting of intellectual property rights, including registration of rights, IPR strategy and drafting of contracts such as licence agreements. Furthermore, I have broad experience in providing advice on the principle of good marketing practices.I also assist my clients in enforcing trademarks, patents, designs and copyrights. I have broad experience with pleading in court in infringement cases and am authorised to appear before the Supreme Court of Denmark. Furthermore, I have represented several companies in domain name disputes before the Complaints Board for Domain Names.
