Designed and implemented scalable systems for automated content mining, enrichment and subsequent delivery of scientific literature. Performed programming and architecture design tasks, as well as onboarding and mentoring of subsequent additions to the team.

Developed @MInter, a system leveraging machine learning and natural language processing to identify and extract microbial interactions from unstructured scientific texts. Primary author of "@MInter: Automated text-mining of microbial interactions", published in Oxford Bioinformatics (2016).
