Initially hired to start a new RPO business unit, and to help the CEO of Optia with restructuring their sales operations. However, the new business unit was sidelined due to the COVID-19 lockdown. Subsequently, was reassigned to handle the internal merger between Optia and the sister company, A Human and post merger integration issues.Challenges included:- Adapting KPI to a work from home environment;- Steering sales strategy towards a more strategic, focused approach vs randomized, high volume/ wide spread approach;- Re-assessed of existing forecasting and predictive tools (regression models);- Cost cutting by 40%, resulting in a gradual average monthly profitability of 10% - 15% after implementation.
