My primary responsibilities surrounded making practical the sometimes-nebulous principles of DevOps in real-world situations. I also focused on outbound activities, to ensure that our product "factory" was as close as possible to our customers and that their voice was continually heard in all that we do.It's not about simply building features; instead my team was devoted to bringing remarkable new innovation to market and to solving durable problems: challenges that aren't fully addressed in a single feature or release of software. These are challenges that extend far beyond simple marketing hype.
