Marketing Communications Administrator
CurrentThink, operate, exemplify, and deliver results that are logical, creative, strategic, and innovative while meeting objectives and goals.Coordinate production of print media, advertising, and sales literature with the Marketing Communications Manager.Plan, track, and support branch events, grand openings, trade shows, corporate marketing functions and special events.Create and oversee timelines and deadlines for all phases of the event process: creation and planning, audience and cross-collaboration across teams, and procurement.Create and distribute memos, advertising schedules, marketing materials, and other information as assigned.Support departmental efforts to build a strong internal brand and corporate culture.Invoice support to include GL codes, coordinating with branches, manager, and Accounting department.Support branch Business Development Requests for event plans and promotional items, copy editing, and coordinating production of flyers and event materials.Update, proof and distribute deposit and website rate sheets for loans and deposits.Facilitate all client communication regarding upcoming branch location changes.Support Digital Marketing Manager with social media and Marketo email campaigns including content creation, uploading/verifying files and exporting data.Ensure utilization of best practices, technology standards, and compliance of our email marketing efforts with brand guidelines and spam regulations.Create, publish and distribute promotional, external and internal corporate newsletters.Complete projects as assigned, including website updates and creating new pages.Manage sponsor/exhibitor correspondence, tracking, and recognition. Responsible for communicating and managing inventory with procurement and fulfillment partners.Research and negotiate venue, hotel, AV, and related contracts with oversight from CMO.
