This role was created to support People Lead’s to be successful in making AND the best place to work, globally. This involved coaching People Leads, analysing and tracking engagement data, and evolving People Lead onboarding, job design, performance and ways of working.

I led the people strategy and experience for a hyper growth, 90-person strong business unit, which created a highly engaged and high-performing team. This involved designing and implementing key people experiences such as e2e career development, performance management, reward and recognition, engagement initiatives, as well as coaching managers on complex HR matters and managing an HR apprentice.

I led the company-wide implementation of AND Digital's blended working model which enabled greater flexibility for our people, without compromising business success. This included facilitating listening series with employees of all levels, running upskilling sessions, creating new policies, supporting contract changes and speaking at external events about the future of work.

I established and led AND's approach to talent mobility and succession planning, enabling growth and performance across the business. I also created AND's Alumni network 'Club Earhart' and led the engagement and wellbeing strategy in response to COVID-19.
