Hello friends! I’m a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with an interest in building the most effective workforces possible. My main responsibilities include application review and inviting applicants in for their interviews, constantly communicating with my client groups and ensuring they have the staff they need to be successful, preparing for Hiring Events/Job Fairs and running or assisting with these events, interviewing our candidates and moving them forward for their best possible fit if they qualify. Myself and my Team oversee recruitment for Entrance Operations, Destination Universal, Guest Services/Communications, Premium Services, VIP Experience & our Guest Contact Center at Universal Destinations & Experiences. I also support, interview and find jobs for the students at our wonderful Universal Education Center.When I’m not on the job, I’m a mother of two children who certainly keep me busy.
