I am a technical support engineer with 1+ year of industry experience, and 10+ years of managerial/customer service experience. Having worked in retail as an Account Manager at Coca Cola for ten years, I bring exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of business functionality. I served as a primary contact for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery scenarios to help keep businesses remaining functional during critical times. I identify, isolate, and remedy points of failure in production environments across many platforms to keep partners data safe and intact. My desire to see everyone succeed leads me to create detailed documentation that I can share with the company to help streamline processes. I often take it upon myself to help notate and document every situation I encounter whether it be a recurring issue or a "once off" type of situation. My documentation is used to help train new hires and I am often tasked with handling new products/scripts to document use cases and report any issues.My passion to learn has allowed me to advance quickly within my organization. I pride myself on being the one that my Supervisors/Managers rely on when they need something solved. If I do not know the answer, I will find it.
