Karen McFarland is a data professional with experience coordinating complex technical processes involving various non-technical stakeholders. She is very customer focused and very good at listening to customers’ needs and helping them select appropriate solutions to the challenges they face. She has demonstrated adaptability and resourcefulness in a constantly changing environments.She has completed a comprehensive Business Intelligence Developer certificate from Bellevue College and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business. She is currently finishing up a degree in Computer Science at Oregon State University.
