Kevin Fitzgerald is a nationally recognized litigator whose practice is focused on complicated business disputes. He is also a firm leader serving his fourth term as Chairman of the Policy Committee, the firm’s governance and oversight board, and previously as a founder of its Manchester, New Hampshire office and as the firm's longest serving Office Managing Partner.Kevin’s trial practice is national in scope and is concentrated in the area of complicated financial disputes. He has particular experience in class and aggregate actions, constitutional challenges to government action impairing private contracts and federal and state receivership proceedings. As lead counsel, he has on multiple occasions won cases ranked among the top judgments/verdicts in the United States. He has successfully prosecuted and defended claims involving hundreds of millions of dollars, litigating disputes across the United States in such areas as finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate fiduciary duty, directors and officers liability, securities enforcement and insurance/reinsurance coverage.
