On demand I receive electronic copies of papers for domestic and international papers on Information Warfare and [Computer] Security for incorporation in an upcoming conference and publication in the conference proceedings. My review is submitted in a timely manner (usually within days) along with copyedit suggestions for the author(s).

As a civilian employee, I taught one class every six weeks for men and women actively serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. The Education Enrichment Program (EEP) was offered to those who did not pass the Navy Basic Battery Exam during basic training. Upon the recommendation of their commanding officers, these individuals were given an opportunity to 're-qualify' for the schools of their choice.The classes were conducted on the sixth floor, Commercial Street at the First Coast Guard District, Boston, MA under the direction of Lt. Bennis and Lt. Forsythe. I taught remedial Math and a introduction to Mechanical Science. Program had a 99% success rate.
