Around 70 professionals carry out thorough installation inspections, modifications and decommissioning both onshore and offshore. I was given the opportunity to link CAN's 30 years of experience from the oil and gas sector to renewable and new markets where access technology is crucial for safety, economy and quality. I have also run training activities for the access technicians in new methods towards important customers to ensure quality from the first time we carry out the work.

GreEnergy is a Norwegian start-up that help clients develop environmental friendly solutions and technology. During my time as a consultant and project lead at GreEnergy, I helped clients define their sustainability strategy, as well as developing sustainable solutions to reduce their environmental footprint using modern technology towards Innovation Norway. Some of the projects included:- Developing a ESG-impact calculator based on the EU-taxonomy for small and medium enterprises together with Finans Norge.- Re-cycling of used wind-turbine blades using pyrolysis technology.- Creating a PoC combining 3D-scanning and -printing to fabricate personalized orthosis for rheumatic patients together with Helse Førde.

During my time as an operator for SIMAS IKS in Sogndal I was responsible for securing correct sorting and disposal of general and hazardous waste. Moreover, I advised business customers on sustainable waste management and operated other SIMAS sites across Sogn.

While studying Renewable Energy, I worked as an AV Technician at Sogndal Kulturhus. During my time here, I was responsible for the cinema operations, as well as beeing the inhouse technician at concerts and events.

During my time as a prison officer at Åna fengsel, I was responsible for the safety of employees and inmates in line with the prevailing laws, regulations and guidelines. As part of the work I gave inmates guidance and training in farming and agricultural work, as well as being their motivator and role model.

During my time as a Logistics Coordinator at Archer Oil Tools I worked with coordinating domestic shipment to the Oil & Gas industry and accompanying documentation in line with the prevailing laws and regulations. The work also included daily updates of the ERP system and other relevant systems, as well as regular maintenance of tools and equipment.

During my time as a Technical Tool Specialist, I performed service and maintenance of Archer Oiltools product line, as well as finalizing documentations and reporting in relevant systems.
