Served as the lead grant professional for the Corporate and Foundation Relations team, collaborating with Advancement colleagues, faculty, and University administrators to meet the department's annual fundraising goal of around $20 million. Continuously evaluated funding opportunities and prospects to establish an active giving pipeline and partners with colleagues to develop proposals and budgets. Led strategy for customized stewardship reports in compliance with all requirements and anticipating future cultivation. Contributed to solicitation and stewardship for grants, some exceeding $10 million, from funders including the Kern Family Foundation, the Lilly Endowment, the Mellon Foundation, the Stamps Scholars Program, the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation, and Gilead Sciences.

Led the University's corporate and foundation stewardship efforts through the creation of annual reports for gifts and endowments up to $10 million and planning and execution of site visits. Managed office operations and improved department efficiency through database management (Blackbaud CRM) and oversight. Served as primary aid to Associate Vice President of Corporate and Foundation Relations.

Researched and wrote acknowledgment letters, stewardship reports, and proposals for major restricted gifts from individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies. Provided content and editorial assistance for a variety of development communications materials including biannual donor society events, planned giving newsletters, and presidential remarks. Utilized the foundation's CRM (Abila Millennium) to ensure compliance with all requirements and develop strategies for future solicitations.
